Champagne Chaudron

Verzenay, Montagne de Reims

chaudron

In 1820, the Chaudron Family settled in the village of Verzenay in the heart of the Champagne region between Epernay and Reims. It was at this time that the first of their vineyards was bought.

Verzenay is a 100% classified Grand Cru village in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Their vineyards include many Grand Cru and Premier Cru vines.

Since founding, Chaudron’s vineyards have continued to expand. They are mainly grown using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a small amount of Pinot Meunier. The skill of making Champagne has been passed on from generation to generation.

Luc Chaudron’s passion and know-how and his rigorous process ensure high quality Champagne.

The growth of the Chaudron business has seen the cellar moved to larger premises in the village of Vaudemange whilst the headquarters of the business remain in Verzenay.
